This the start of our project, where we split our roles into different sections to complete the proposal. I have been task to complete mainly on the timeline and competitive analysis.

Planning a timeline is not as easy as it seems. I have spend more time than expected on it as with errors made, the whole timeline have to be arranged one by one repeatedly. Here’s a tip that can make things much easier, it is easier to pen everything on paper rather than doing it on the computer itself, as it helps in providing a better visual summary as you edit it.

Things that I considered while planning for timeline, mainly being measurable. For example, We will most likely be starting our business after our exam which is in mid June then our first step should be sourcing for suppliers and waiting for the supplies which may take 2-3 weeks to arrive. I also need to consider the step in building this business such as video recording of the products and the frequency of having pop-up stores.
