2. The Plan

Business Plan

We spent a good deal of time working out our business plan, as unlike the other modules, this time we are actually executing it and every detail is important in determining its success.

The business plan sort of acts as our skeleton, detailing our targeted schedule and the goals we aim to hit. From April to mid May, we will not be doing much, as it is exams week. After this period I will start buying the samples online, while the other members will be focusing on coming up with possible designs. At this point we still only have a rough idea on our marketing strategies, but I think it is more important to build the product first.
